Managing Director Frances Austin explained that Sovereign’s decision to create a new website was as a result of changing trends in the market place and more importantly customer feedback.
Mrs Austin said that, “Feedback and research revealed that customers wanted something new and current that didn’t have adverts, popup’s, pushy chat boxes or demands for data input to obtain even the most basic of information. Mrs Austin added “Our customers are increasingly accessing the internet using smart media devices and they also revealed that they want to be able navigate with ease and get the information that they wanted in a few clicks.”
